On October 25th, 2022, there will be a Solar Eclipse (/dictionary/new-moon/) at 2 degrees (/dictionary/scorpio/).

It's been a while since the last set of (/dictionary/eclipses/) - around six months or so - making it time for the Universe to press her foot on the accelerator and hit the fast forward button. Because that's precisely what Eclipses are all about - taking a giant leap and navigating sudden, large-scale changes.

Collectively, we'll see the world go through the transformative, death-and-rebirth process of the Scorpion, but we'll see that happening in our own lives, too.

See, a Solar Eclipse is really just a supercharged New (/dictionary/moon/). A New Moon that packs a punch. Sometimes, a Solar Eclipse is easier to handle than a Lunar Eclipse ((/dictionary/full-moon/)) because it's about beginnings, and who doesn't love a new start?

With that said, this Solar Eclipse is a little scary. Just a little. It falls in Scorpio, which is not a comfortable sign for the Moon to be in. But this is the zodiac sign of transmutation and evolution, which is what we should be focusing on doing this Eclipse. What in our life needs to change - drastically? What do we need to let go of to move to the next level?

For most of us, the answer is likely to have to do with our relationships, seeing as (/dictionary/venus/) is in a tight (/dictionary/conjunction/) to this Eclipse. Now's the time to affect change in our love lives, to the point where we either let go entirely or allow a 180-degree shift to take place.
